General Questions

The Orchard offers a range of food options from dine-in to take-away across our venues. We recommend you make a reservation for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at The Farmhouse. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins too. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat or takeaway, no reservations are required for ordering at The Kiosk or at The General Store. You can enjoy these quick bites in The Stables area or The Garden Bar.

Yes! The Orchard offers multiple areas for you to hold your special occasion. From birthday parties, gender reveals, corporate functions, school formals and weddings. Yes. The Orchard offers a full takeaway menu from The General Store and The Kiosk. Whether it be for coffee as you walk by or a bite to eat, there is something for everyone.

No. Smoking is not allowed within our venue.

Yes. We are dog friendly, however all dogs must remain on a leash and be with their owners at all times. Dogs are not permitted within the children’s playground at any time. Dogs are also not permitted to be within the Farm Animal area of the venue.

Yes. The Orchard has over 150 car spots available within the venue. There is also overflow parking available outside the venue on Tench Avenue. There is also allocated disabled parking.

Yes. At The Orchard, we want you to be able to have the best experience for you and your guests. Please ensure you make a booking, so our functions team and venue manager can help you manage your occasion. Please indicate that you will be bringing a cake. We will provide napkins and a knife to cut the cake. Cakeage fee applies for occasions within The Orchard.

Yes. The Orchard offers a range of gluten-free options.

We ask that when dining in The Farmhouse for our Dinner service, that you are dressed smart/casual with footwear. A more relaxed tone i.e exercise attire is allowed across the venue during the day.

Children Specific

Yes! Centred in the heart of The Orchard, the children’s playground is a feature piece to our venue, wrapped around one of our large stunning trees. Offering plenty of shaded areas the playground also consists of; timber decking leading you to our climbing double slide, 5 themes cubby houses, giant sand pit, log steppers, access swing, access carousel and plenty of grassed areas for children to run around and most importantly HAVE FUN!

Yes. Our venue is completely accessible. We have specifically designed our venue to offer accessibility to all aspects of our grounds with all our paths being wheelchair friendly. Offering close proximity disabled parking, accessible bathrooms and an accessible playground.

Our Playground offers accessible play equipment via our access swing, access carousel, sand pit and our themed cubby houses.

The Orchard offers public car parking onsite with an overflow of street parking available outside the venue on Tench Avenue. Find out more and view the parking map here.

The Orchard is fully licensed to serve alcohol during operating hours. We do not allow BYO. All alcohol served on site must be consumed on site.
Alcohol purchased from The General Store, can be taken off site if unopened.

Wedding Questions

We have 2 venue spaces suitable for wedding receptions. Our Pavilion is our exclusive, purpose built wedding space.  Within this space we can accommodate up to 150 guests seated or 220 cocktail style. The Stables is suitable for weddings of 30 seated guests (one Quarter) or 120 seated (full space) in a multi-function space which can also be booked exclusively on request.

We have created a private and lush space within our orange Orchard, perfect for your outdoor wedding ceremony. This space is exclusively available for those hosting their Wedding Reception at The Orchard and has vehicle access directly to the space for a seamless aisle entrance.

We have provisions available to ensure your ceremony can still take place in The Orchard under wet weather conditions.

Our availability of your ideal date will depend on the popularity of the date.  Generally Saturdays are more popular as are dates in Spring and Autumn.  We recommend booking around 12-18 months in advance to have your choice of date. We welcome weddings within shorter lead times, especially if you have flexibility with your date.

We highly recommend you and your partner book a tour with our Wedding team, to show you around the venue, and provide details on the unique and wedding experience we provide. You can book a private tour here.

You are welcome to have your furry friend attend the ceremony and even walk down the aisle.  We can provide details for our recommended pet minders, who can groom, mind and accompany your dog before and after the ceremony.

We have a dedicated room for you and your partner (and your wedding party) to reset prior to entering the reception.

We offer group tasting for yourself and your partner, within 3 months of your wedding date.

Yes, our space is available to be booked for lunch or dinner sittings.

We have a recommended stylist team specialising in composing and designing spectacular weddings and events at The Orchard. Well versed in each of our venue spaces, they will work with you in the lead up to the big day to ensure your vision is brought to life. If you do wish to work with another outside stylist, all alternative suppliers will need approval from our wedding team first.

From Celebrants to photographers, DJ's to Cakes, our Events Team have curated a list of experienced and reputable suppliers that we allow at our venue that will be shared upon booking. If you do wish to work with an alternative supplier they will need approval from our wedding team first.
