What time does the event start and finish?
The event begins at 6:00 PM. The Halloween fun, bars and DJ music will continue into the evening, so you’re welcome to join us at anytime throughout the night to enjoy the atmosphere.
What if it rains?
We’ve got you covered — literally. The event includes undercover seating, and in the case of wet weather, we reserve the right to move the event into our air-conditioned farmhouse OR Pavillon area to keep everyone dry and comfortable. This is an all-weather event.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Parking is available both at the front and rear of the venue for your convenience.
Can I bring my own food and alcohol?
No, sorry. The Orchard has a great variety of food available for purchase and is a fully licensed venue, so no BYO alcohol is permitted. Our Garden Bar has you covered.
Are kids allowed?
This event is designed for ALL AGES and is family-friendly.
Do I need to book in advance?
We would recommend booking your tickets and additionally click the link above to BOOK A TABLE if you would like seating while you eat as they are limited.

A delicious curated three course meal (shared style) with paired wines included for 2 hours.
The event is a 2 hour sitting, however you are more than welcome to stay on site after your event.
This is an adult only (18+ year’s) event.
Tickets are non-refundable. They can however be transferred to another person.
Unfortunately, no. Ticket sales will end 24 hours prior to the event unless sold out prior. Given the event interest, we expect each sitting to book out in advance.
This is an open seating event. If attending with others it is recommended, you arrive at the same time so you may be seated together.
If you have advised us at the time of booking, please identify yourself to the host prior to seating.
