This website is owned and operated by FRM Café Pty Ltd trading as The Orchard Penrith ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms. You warrant you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound on your behalf.

The website and its original content, features and functionality remain the exclusive property of The Orchard Penrith and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You may not modify, or use separately, any illustrations, photographs, video or audio from the site.
Bookings and functions
Function bookings are confirmed on payment of the deposit stated in your event proposal. Final guest numbers and dietary requirements are due 7 days before your event. Alcohol may not be brought onto the premises. Deposit, cancellation and minimum-spend terms specific to your booking are set out in your event proposal and take precedence over these general terms.
Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services we do not own or control, including our online shop, booking and enquiry platforms. We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies or practices, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. This website uses Google Maps to help you plan trips to The Orchard; when using this tool, Google and this website store information about where the trip was started.
